Research Specialist, Operations and Quality Control

Sue assists the Survey Operations Procedures and Quality Assurance Department with all national assessment instrument production procedures and the national assessment instrument verification. She also assists with the implementation of the International Quality Assurance Program.

Prior to joining the TIMSS & PIRLS International Study Center, she taught high school mathematics for several years and volunteered for a number of local organizations. Sue completed an MBA from Northeastern University and an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
